Peter Pichler Architecture


Peter Pichler was born in Bolzano, Italy in 1982. He studied Architecture at the University of Applied Arts Vienna and in the US at the University of California (UCLA). In 2008 he graduated with distinction in the masterclass of Zaha Hadid and Patrik Schumacher in Vienna. Already during his studies Peter joined Zaha Hadid Architects in London, where he worked on several competitions covering all scales and on the award winning Nordkettenbahn in Innsbruck. He worked for Rem Koolhaas in Rotterdam on a reserach project and joined the team of Delugan Meissl in Vienna, collaborating on an award winning concert hall in Amman, Jordan.
After finishing his diploma Peter went to Hamburg where he worked for Zaha Hadid Architects as a project architect on a 150.000m² mixed use development in Bratislava along multiple international projects and competitions.
He turned then back to Italy in 2015 and founded Peter Pichler Architecture together with his wife Silvana Ordinas in Milan.
Peter Pichler is a registered Architect in Italy and member of the chamber of architects of the autonomous Province of Bolzano. He has won several architecture prices and was nominated as young italian talent by the national chamber of architects in Italy.


Silvana Ordinas was born in Mallorca, Spain in 1987. She was studying Tourism at the Universitat de les Illes Balears where she graduated in 2011 while pursuing an international model career working for multiple international brands. After her diploma Silvana joins her family real estate company in Mallorca overseeing several projects from construction to sale while overlooking financial possibilities for future investments. At the end of 2015 Silvana founds together with architect Peter Pichler the architecture firm PETER PICHLER ARCHITECTURE in Milan and is since then in charge of the management. Silvana is currently involved in a master program at SDA BOCCONI School of management in Milan and ESADE business school in Barcelona.
