Located in Pass Thurn, near Kitzbühel in Austria, this project is part of a new hospitality concept and consists of elevated, tree-house-like suites nestled within the forest landscape.
The project features 6 units ranging from 60 to 80 m², complemented by shared facilities such as the lobby, restaurant, and spa.
The suites are accessed through an outdoor staircase and a glass elevator, and feature generous glazed façades that frame views of the surrounding forest and mountains. Some units offer additional spaces such as a private living area and a sauna directly connected to the bathroom. Drawing inspiration from local vernacular architecture, the project translates traditional principles into a contemporary architectural language and experience.
Constructed with simple, locally sourced materials, the project focuses on tactile perception and spatial quality, offering an elevated retreat that encourages a slower pace and a close relationship with the surrounding landscape.
